Here below is my selection of natural wines: sulphur dioxide (SO2) often is not added during winemaking or bottling. Only a few bottles may contain sulfites – in very small quantities — around 10 mg per liter. The establishments must sell by the bottle (without asking you to purchase anything else, even if they are bistros). []

A fine trickle of carbon dioxide adds just the right amount of pep. The finish is invigorating, with even more fruit and freshness, on morello cherry and blackcurrant, the latter lingering for quite a long time, underlined by pepper
