brütend, öffnet sich schnell, um gebratenes Fleisch, getrocknete Kräuter, schwarze Früchte und sogar Schokolade zu enthüllen - die Tannine sind präsent, aber nicht überwältigend, eher reif als staubig
Die gute Säure verleiht dem Wein einen frischen Angriff, der in reife schwarze Früchte übergeht
