Alsace — Jean Pierre Rietsch - Domaine Rietsch — Tout Blanc (au litre)

10 € — 2021 — rather discreet, with notes of warm apple, damp chalk and a hint of sea spray - round, ample, crisp with freshness, with a finely pulpy, delicious body, endowed with a slight astringency reminiscent of lemonade, giving this wine great drinkability. The finish is invigorating and concentrated, with a lovely combination of bitterness and astringency reminiscent of a Loire Chenin, combining quince and pomelo, with a lingering hint of bitter orange and saline notes
